2 cups of coffee (or Matcha if tea is preferred)

2 Tbsp. butter (grass-fed)

2 Tbsp. MCT Oil

1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil

1 Tbsp. Coconut Milk (optional)


Put the healthy fats into a cup and add a little bit of your coffee to help melt them down. Mix thoroughly with spoon or latte mixer. Add the rest of the coffee until you have reached your desired consistency.
