2 1/2 cups Red Lentils rinsed

32 oz Chicken Broth, Bone Broth or Vegetable Broth (your choice)

3-4 organic colored carrots

1 onion

2 cloves minced garlic

1 tbsp curry powder

Himalayan Salt and pepper to taste

3/4 cup chopped Cilantro


Sauté onions in coconut oil until transparent then add minced garlic.  Add cut up carrots, curry, lentils, broth and salt and pepper to pot. After lentils have cooked add water to consistency desired if too thick. Add cilantro before serving.

Cooking Time

Can leave all ingredients in crockpot on low (after sautéing onions) or stove top 1 hr.
