Perfect for your next soup or a broth for your family when they are sick, chicken stock is filled with rich nutrients to keep your body healthy. This is also an excellent way to get more out of your food as it uses the leftover bones you would typically throw out.
Ingredients:
4 Organic Free-Range Chicken Carcasses
Water
4 Cups Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions:
- Take the bones of 4 chicken carcasses and place them in a large pot.
- Add the apple cider vinegar then fill the pot the rest of the way with water.
- Place the pot on stove top and bring to a boil, then let simmer for 8-12 hours.
- When done, strain out bones. Use for soup, sauces, or drink as is. Place remaining stock in glass mason jars and freeze. Will keep for up to 3 months.
