4 Organic Free-Range Chicken Carcasses


4 Cups Apple Cider Vinegar


  1. Take the bones of 4 chicken carcasses and place them in a large pot.
  2. Add the apple cider vinegar then fill the pot the rest of the way with water.
  3. Place the pot on stove top and bring to a boil, then let simmer for 8-12 hours.
  4. When done, strain out bones. Use for soup, sauces, or drink as is. Place remaining stock in glass mason jars and freeze. Will keep for up to 3 months.
