Ingredients:
2 parts oolong tea
1 part licorice root
1 part ginger root
1 part chamomile
1 part lemon balm leaf
1 drop of peppermint oil
oz hot water
Instructions:
Steep 1-2 tsp of the blended tea at 195-degrees for 3 minutes. Add peppermint oil before drinking.
Fun Fact: Oolong tea is traditionally used as an after-meal tea for its digestive benefits.
